Shipping times to international destinations may vary as all orders are shipped from Bydee's Warehouse in Sydney, Australia, during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm AEST). Please note that our warehouse is closed on weekends and Australian public holidays. Orders placed after 11 am AEST, on weekends or public holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.

 To ensure your order is shipped by the end of the week, please place your order by Thursday at 11 am AEST.

All express delivery orders are shipped via DHL Express Courier Service, while all standard delivery orders are shipped via DHL eCommerce.

Bydee processes all international orders in USD. While the contents of your cart are displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using USD following the most current exchange rate at the time of your purchase.

Please note: Any orders placed that include items for pre order or delayed dispatch will be dispatched once all items are available, as a singular delivery.
