My return says it’s been delivered. When will I get my store credit?Updated 10 months ago

Once we receive your return, we aim to process it within 3 business days. Once we have processed it, you’ll receive a separate email from Bydee with your store credit. This email will feature your unique store credit code that you can use on your next Bydee order.

If your store credit voucher email doesn’t come through right away, please check your spam folder.
If your return has already been delivered and we still haven’t processed it within our 3 day timeframe, please get in touch with us here. Please include the tracking details in your email so we can get this sorted for you.
