I want to add something else to my return. Can I do that?Updated 10 months ago

It is not recommended. As you are located in the US or internationally, your return is processed by our returns partner, so you don't need to wait for it to get back to us in Australia. This means your return will ONLY be approved for the items you selected in the portal. 

If you decide to go ahead and return additional items, you won't be able to process this through the portal. Please email Customer Service at [email protected]  to let them know exactly what you are returning with the following information:

- The item(s) you are returning 

- The order number for the items

- The email address associated with the return order 

- The reason for return.

Please note your credit may be incorrect as our returns partner can only approve what was processed by you through the portal. You will need to reach out to our Customer Service Queens to have this corrected once your credit comes through.
